Project Manager & Research Positions, Dalhousie University: September 2023 - Present
- Project: “Resilience in the Post-Secondary Context: An Exploration of Students' Experiences”. With Dr. Marion Brown. The study is the first comprehensive multi-site investigation into resilience in the Canadian post-secondary context. There are four participating institutions in the study: Dalhousie, University of Calgary, University of Toronto, and University of Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities: I was responsible for the end-to-end management of key research phases. This included recruiting participants and conducting follow-up communications, preparing both REB and grant applications, and developing online survey tools. I scheduled and facilitated project meetings and focus groups, performed data analysis, and coordinated efforts between co-principal investigators and research assistants.
- Project: “Nova Scotia Health Atlas (Renewal)” with Prof. Daniel Rainham
Responsibilities: Conduct descriptive statistical analysis and create visualizations using sensor data. Review literature to gather information about potential datasets for the project and contact data custodians for more details if needed.
